#159 – Reducing calories 30 percent increases life span. From a study by Richard Weindruch, Geriatric Expert.

 
He discovered that dieting monkeys showed reductions in diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease and even brain atrophy.  They were also visibly fluffier.  It’s not easy to reduce calories but I have noticed that when I’m hungry for something sweet, if I drink a glass of water, the hunger often goes away.  Turns out I was thirsty instead  I have not noticed any increased fluffiness.
