#245 – “Change your focus, and you change your level of happiness” Anthony Robbins

Giving into your negative, self destructive thoughts is damaging to you and you alone.  How much better we would all be if we could switch our focus to something positive or at least neutral, especially when we’re obsessing about something we can do nothing about.

Check out my e-book Evaleen the Queen at http://goo.gl/AQlat,  an a tale of transformation about a young woman who starts a business during the Great Depression in spite of terrible family circumstances.

About sand1

When I was young, I made a lot of bad choices. The only way I knew to dig myself and my family out was to go to the library, always hoping that the next book I read would change my life and thankfully, often many of them did. Out of gratitude for the happy life I have now, I decided to share what I have learned, and continue to learn. I hope that Tuesday Tips helps you as much as they have helped and continue to help me. Thanks. It means a lot to know that I’m not just doing this for myself.

  2. Made me instantantly think of “Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.” –Mark Twain

Thanks for the thought. Anthony Robbins has some great quotes. What I find amazing in doing this blog is that there really is nothing new under the sun. It’s all been said many times before. It’s just a matter of applying it to today’s world.
