#273 -Buy wonderful companies at wonderful prices and hold them forever. – Warren Buffett’s Golden Rule for Investing in the stock market

One of his rules is to buy stock in companies that he personally understands and to keep the stock for a long time. “Time is the friend of the wonderful company,” he has often said. Also important to learn about price divided by earnings, known as the p.e., when picking a stock. Too low indicates the stock could be in trouble, too high could mean it’s become too expensive.
