#277 – Rewire your brain by recalling 3 things you are grateful for. Author unknown.

Interesting how much harder we are on ourselves with our negative thinking and self criticism than anybody else could ever be.  It helps me to come up with a positive phrase such as,  “I am healthy, I am happy, I am doing great today.” Added to three things you are grateful for could make a huge difference in your attitude in general.
